Questions people ask

Is this an official DISC test?

No. FourType provides an educational work-style reflection. Official DISC assessments should come from an authorised provider.

What do D, I, S and C mean?

They are commonly used labels for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. FourType explains them as work-behaviour language, not fixed identities.

How does DISC differ from FourType?

DISC-style language focuses on observable work behaviour, while FourType focuses on temperament attention, pressure response and practical growth.
